摘要
Abstract
The principle of fractionated laser is ablative fractionated photothermolysis,to Stimulate collagen regeneration. The surrounding normal skin tissue repaired quickly.Fractional lasers to mainly using clinical treatment are fractional carbon dioxide laser,2 940nm erbium yttrium aluminium garnet( Er: YAG) laser, and non-ablative 1 550nm or 1 540nm Er glass:novel concept of non-ablative fractional. on account of the lasers being advantages and disadvantages, doctors tried to combine other therapies that were radiofrequency,microfocused ultrasound,photodynamics therapy,pulsed dye laser,platelet rich plasma,et al for patients with individualized treatment to tackle facial skin aging, acne,scar, striae alba,and so on to better in the safety and validity. In this review, we discussed the Application to combine fractional laser and other therapies in dermatosis and cosmetic dermatology.关键词
