卓越农林人才培养模式初探--基于拔尖创新型人才的理论与实践解析
On the Training Model of Excellent Agriculture and Forest Talents:Theoretical and Practical Analysis on Top-Notch Innovative Talents

Abstract
The reform on the training model of excellent agriculture and forest talents was the key link and breakthrough point of the comprehensive reform of higher agricultural and forest education. Based on the connota⁃tion of excellent talent, top-notch innovation is a must in excellent agriculture and forest talents cultivation. Ex⁃cellent agriculture and forest talent should have three-dimensional structure factor in the level of concept model, which is the “T” knowledge structure based on macroscopic agricultural system, the triangle ability structure in the process of knowledge society and the transformation of knowledge production, and the comprehensive quality structure. At the level of practical exploration, the talent training model reform of crop science major in Nanjing Agricultural University involved the classification of training process, the continuity of teaching, the diversifica⁃tion in practice and the comprehensiveness of evaluation system. The collaboration of multi-disciplines, the co⁃operation of industry-university-research and the all-factors integration would be the effective path of achieving the goal of top-notch innovation in the training of excellent agriculture and forest talents in the level of theoretical construction.关键词
