基于专业质量标准创建多元协同培养动物科学人才模式的探索与实践
Patterns for Cultivating Animal Science Talents by Synchronization of Multi-Elements Based on Professional Quality Standard:Exploration and Practice
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of livestock industry and Yunnan regional economy have brought new chal⁃lenges to animal science talents cultivation. The cultivation of animal science talents has been conducted in the traditional pattern for long time. As a result, the students have not enough professional knowledge and skills tar⁃geted. They will have a long time to adapt to the new employing environment. On the basis of clarifying the need of the industry to be met, accurately re-orientating the training objectives and setting up the new professional tal⁃ent training quality standard, Yunnan Agricultural University has established the co-cultivation model involving government, university, research institute, professional association and industry with the optimization of curricu⁃lum and practice teaching system and the polymerization of industry's qualified resources. As a result, the matc⁃hing between university talents cultivation on the one hand and the industry requirements and local animal feeding characteristics on the other hand are all improved.关键词
