新型职业农民培育典型模式研究
On the Typical Model of Cultivating New Type of Professional Farmers

Abstract
Since 2012, governments and their agencies at differentlevels have been conducting the exploration and practice on the vocational training, standard management and supporting policies for new type of professional farmers. A number of typical and successful models of cultivating new type of professional farmers have been formed: production-education integration and school-village collaboration model, business-pioneering promotion model,“unity of seven” farmer-college cultivation model, school-farm collaboration and teaching-production connection model and young farm director cultivation model. Based on explaining the forma⁃tion background and operation of the five typical models, their generality and characteristics are analyzed, and several model selecting suggestions are given.关键词
