Probing into the Trinity Mode of Cultivating New-Type Professional Farmers:Based on the Practice of Henan Agricultural University

Abstract
Agricultural colleges and universities have becomethe forefront of cultivating new professional farmers and created a lot of new models and accumulated some new experience in their endeavors. In this paper, based on the long-term practice of training professional farmers by Henan Agricultural University as the research object, government departments, institutions of higher learning and farmers asthe three main entities in the syn⁃ergistic relationship were analyzed, and the training model and mechanism were summarized, in order to provide a theoretical support for innovative cultivation of new-type of professional farmers.关键词
