民办本科院校办学状况的量化研究--以陕西省8所高校为案例
Quantitative Research of Teaching Quality Condition in Non-Governmental Undergraduate Colleges:Taking 8 Colleges in Shaanxi Province as a Case

Abstract
Non-governmental undergraduate colleges are important parts of higher education in China, and, as one of the significant institute of personnel training, their teaching quality and school-running characteristics worth our attention. Quantitative research based on the teaching quality report of 8 non-governmental undergrad⁃uate colleges in Shaanxi Province found that the teaching quality conditions of non-governmental undergraduate colleges show some features like large school-running scale, tight basic conditions, big running pressure, une⁃venly allocated teaching resources, mini-and narrow major set-up, etc. The main problems of non-governmen⁃tal undergraduate colleges are limited teaching resource, insufficient faculty, imperfect teaching process and in⁃sufficient attention to the teaching reform, etc. Non-governmental colleges display their characteristics mainly in major set-up, cooperation between colleges and company as well as school-running orientation, etc. The present paper put forward the corresponding recommendations, in order to provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for non-governmental undergraduate colleges on their road of connotative development with teaching quality as the core.关键词
