农林院校教育资源配置效率研究--基于数据包络分析模型
On Education Resources Allocation of Agricultural and Forestry Universities:Based on EDA Analysis Model

Abstract
With the selection of the different regions and 15 agriculture and forestry colleges with different education programs, the present situation of education resources disposition was analyzed and the related re⁃sources allocation input and output indicators were confirmed. Using the DEA model, the education resources al⁃location efficiency and return of those 15 class colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry were subject to our scale analysis and validity analysis. The following conclusions were drawn:The resources allocation efficiency of different A and F colleges and universities is generally low and wide gaps exist among them. And this situation is caused by the differences between different A and F colleges and universities in terms of education goals and levels, education quality, management effectiveness, the economic development levels of the cities where the colleges and universities are located and the government support, among others. The difference in scale input of resources among different colleges and universities leads to the disparity of size returns: progressive increase, progressive decrease and no change.关键词
