Network Pharmacology Study of Liver Disease Adjuvant Characteristics of Yinzhihuang Granules Based on Correlation MechanismΔ

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the mechanism of therapeutic action of Yinzhihuang granules as liver disease adjuvant through network pharmacology .METHODS:To select the targets of Yinzhihuang granules through TDT database and PharmMapper Server database;and the targets of hepatitis through OMIM database .The targets of drug and disease were analyzed with PPI database which could obtain an interactive network of “compound-target-disease”.Topology parameter value of the dots of the “compound-target-disease” was analyzed with Cytoscapy 3.0, so as to obtain the mechanism of therapeutic action of Yinzhihuang granules .RESULTS:According to the analysis of network pharmacology , Yinzhihuang granules in treatment of hepatitis mainly though intervening the inflammatory reaction and protecting hepatocytes .CONCLUTIONS:As liver disease adjuvant , Yinzhihuang granules can be used in treatment of hepatitis though intervening the inflammatory reaction and protecting hepatocytes .It can be applied for the patients with inflammation and hepatocellular injury .This study can prove meaningful guidance for using medicines of liver disease for clinical .关键词
