Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the treatment efficacy of Maxingshigan decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) with acute exacerbation and the effects on inflammatory factor .METHODS:80 patients with COPD admitted into Guangzhou Huangpu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Apr .2013 to Dec.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 40 cases in each .The control group were given conventional treatment , while the observation group additionally received Maxingshigan decoction based on the control group .Efficacy and changes of inflammatory factor were compared between two groups .RESULTS: After treatment , the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score of observation group was (8.2 ±1.6) scores, significantly lower than that of control group [(14.3 ±2.4) scores].The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%( 37/40 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 82.5%( 33/40 ) ] .After treatment , the lnterleukin-8, leukotrienes B4 and decent level of tumor necrosis factor αlevel in observation group were better than those of control group , the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The treatment effects of Maxingshigan decoction in treatment of COPD with acute exacerbation is significant , which can effectively improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor .关键词
