Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease .METHODS:70 patients admitted into Macheng People ’ s Hospital from Jun.2014 to Jun.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 35 cases in each.The control group were treated with amlodipine , while the observation group were additionally given atorvastatin .The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%(33/35), significantly higher than that of control group [68.57%(24/35)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group , yet high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels was significantly higher than that of control group , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effects of amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is relatively remarkable .关键词
