Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficacy of mannitol combined with nimodipine in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and effects on hemodynamics .METHODS: 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted into the Second People’s Hospital of Pingxiang from Jan.2011 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with intravenous mannitol , while the observation group additionally received nimodipine based on the control group .The clinical effects and changes of hemodynamic indicators were compared between two groups before and after treatment . RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 88%(44/50), significantly higher than that of control group [70%(35/50)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment of one month, the hematoma volume and MIHSS score of two groups decreased compared with before treatment , and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hemodynamic indicators as blood flow volume, blood flow velocity, peripheral resistance and critical pressure in both groups had been improved , and the improvement in observation group were more significant than that of control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of mannitol ombined with nimodipine in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is remarkable , which helps to improve the hemodynamic indicators .关键词
