Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of fluticasone propionate combined with terbutaline in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with acute exacerbation.METHODS:90 cases with COPD with acute exacerbation admitted into Yingkou Zhanqian District Control Station from Feb .2015 to Mar.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and conventional group via the random number table , with 45 cases in each.The conventional group were treated with terbutaline , while the observatio group were additionally given terbutaline inhalation based on the conventional group .The clinical efficacy and blood indicators of two groups were compared between two groups .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%(44/45), significantly higher than that of conventional treatment 75.56%(34/45), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in PH of two groups(P>0.05), the arterial partial pressure of oxygen , partial pressure of carbon dioxide of observation group were significantly better than those of conventional treatment , with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of fluticasone propionate combined with terbutaline in treatment of COPD with acute exacerbation is remarkable , which can effectively improve patients ’ clinical symptoms .关键词
