Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for quality control of Liyan oral liquid .METHODS: Thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) was applied in the qualitative identification of Lonicerae japonicae flos , Chrysanthemi flos , Scrophulariae radix , Ophiopogonis radix , and Belamcandae rhizoma in oral liquid . High performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was applied in the quantification of chlorogenic acid in Liyan oral liquid .RESULTS: Spots in TLC for Lonicerae japonicae flos , Chrysanthemi flos , Scrophulariae radix , Ophiopogonis radix , and Belamcandae rhizoma from three batches of Liyan oral liquid were clear and had a good separation , and the negative control had no interruption .In HPLC determination , the injection volume and peak area of chlorogenic acid showed good linear relationship ( r =0.999 8 ) within the concentrations of 0.132 7-1.326 9 μg.The average recovery rate was 100.44%,and RSD was 1.14%.CONCLUSIONS:The established TLC and HPLC methods were simple , precise and accurate , and can be applied in the control quality of Liyan oral liquid .关键词
