Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) in the Affiated Hospital of Qingdao University , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:By retrospective method, 839 cases of ADR were collected from Jan.to Dec.2015, analysis was conducted on age , gender, route of administration, ADR involved categories and clinical manifestations , etc.RESULTS:Of the 839 ADR cases, males were 297 cases(35.40%), females were 542 cases(64.60%);and the 60-70 year-old patients held the highest proportion .Oral administration caused the largest number of ADR events accounted for 63.19%( 551 cases/total 872 cases), followed by intravenous administration , accounting for 34.29%(299 cases/total 872 cases);most of ADR cases were induced by traditional Chinese medicine , antibiotics preparations and antineoplastic .Main clinical manifestations were digestive system , followed by lesion of skin and its appendants .After treatment, all patients were cured or improved , no death case was found .CONCLUSIONS:The hospital should pay more attention to the collection of ADR, reduce the risk of medication , so as to ensure drug safety in hospital .关键词
