Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practice of performance evaluation management in outpatient pharmacy under the background of health care reform .METHODS: The outpatient pharmacy of Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) began to implement performance management since 2014, namely, the evaluation results were linked with bonus .The clinicians‘ and patients’ satisfaction toward pharmacists , the qualified rate of prescriptions and the total amount of pharmacy service were compared before and after the performance management .RESULTS: After the implementation of performance evaluation management , the average waiting time of dispensary decreased from 20 minutes in 2013 to 7 minutes in 2016.The qualified rate of prescriptions increased from 89%in 2013 to 95%in 2016, which was in a increase trend year by year.The number of prescription interventions increased from 105 in 2013 to 348 in 2016.The inventory account coincidence rate increased from 85%in 2013 to 95%in 2016.CONCLUSIONS:The performance evaluation management is helpful to guide the hospital pharmacists in the direction of medical reform under the background of health care reform , and to improve the overall level of pharmacy service and management level .关键词
