摘要

Abstract

Effects of different muscle -yellowing temperatures on quality of Honghuadajinyuan during bulk curing were studied using the Yunyan -12 type four layers bulk curing barn at Xiaobaihu,Luliang County,Yunnan Province in 2014. The results showed that,the muscle -yellowing temperatures at 44 ~46℃ was beneficial to starch degradation.The con-tents of reducing sugar were higher,and the contents of nitrogen compounds were lower in flue -cured tobacco leaves. There was higher proportion of orange leaves and scores of sensory quality by muscle -yellowing temperatures of 44 ~46℃.The smoking qualities of cured tobacco leaves were highest in 44 ~46℃ muscle -yellowing temperature treatment.
