鼓膜置管联合腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎伴骨导听力下降的近期观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the short-term effects of myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion and adenoidectomy on the bone conduction hearing loss(BCHL) in children with secretary otitis media(SOM).Method:Totally 38 patients(43 ears) of SOM with bone conduction hearing loss treated from January 2015 to March 2016 were treated by myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion and adenoidectomy.Their Bone conduction hearing change was analyzed before operation and 3 months later after operation.Result:Bone conduction hearing improved significantly after operation,and improvement in 2.0 kHz was the most obvious,compared with other frequency,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).36 patients(39 ears) were recover in bone conduction thresholds,the effective rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:Children’s SOM can result in BCHL,especially in 2.0 kHz.BCHL after myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion and adenoidectomy recovers obviously.关键词
