Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of bedside bronchoscopy sputum suction and alveolar lavage in the treatment of elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia.Method:80 cases of bedside bronchoscopy the research subjects were admitted in our hospital during period of April 2014-August 2016, and divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere packet.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,and 40 patients in the observation group received bedside bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage.At the end of treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups were recorded, the use of antimicrobial agents,hospitalization time,hospital costs and other aspects of the two groups were compared.Result:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,and the control group was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the time of antibiotics use,hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization,the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia is a severe disease,by taking the way of bed bronchoscopy and sputum suction and alveolar lavage can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,shorten the hospital stay, improve the prognosis.It is worth promoting.关键词
