MRI平扫联合MR胆胰管造影用于诊断胆管壶腹区病变的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficiency and value of MRI plain scan combined with MR cholangio pancreatic ductography(MRCP) for the diagnosis of ampulla lesions.Method:62 cases of ampullary lesions who accepted treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object,they accepted MRI plain scan combined with MRCP examination,the results of the examination and the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) and surgical pathological results were compared.Result:The results of MRI scan and MRCP examination and ERCP and surgery and pathological results of 62 cases of patients were compared.Benign lesions diagnosis accuracy rate of MRI scan and MRCP examination was 89.7%(26/29),the diagnosis accuracy rate of malignant lesions was 90.9%(30/33).Conclusion:MRI combined with MRCP for ampulla lesions examination can clearly shows the lesions of the range,location,extent,and it can be used for differential diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy rate is high,it is worth of clinical application.关键词
