9个品种柚类的果实品质评价
Fruit Quality Evaluation of 9 Pomelo Cultivars
摘要
Abstract
Objective]To determine the suitable cultivars for cultivating and utilizing in the surrounding areas of Fujian .[Method]Taking 9 pomelo cultivars as tested materials, the main quality characteristics of different cultivars such as fruit shape index ,edible rate,V C, soluble sol-ids, soluble sugar content were measured and compared .Fruit quality was objectively assessed by using reasonably-satisfaction and multidi-mensional value combination rules.[ Result] There had differences among different cultivars in the main quality indexes .Huangjinmiyou,Li-uyuezaoshuyou,Hongmianmiyou,Jinjumiyou had better quality.The Minihongyou fruit quality and taste were not very good.[Conclusion] Huangjinmiyou, Liuyuezaoshuyou,Hongmianmiyou,Jinjumiyou are suitable cultivated and utilized in the surrounding areas of Fujian.关键词
