针对铁路工程建设工点多、线路长、统一管理难度大、质量安全关系重大等行业应用特点,提出铁路工地拌和站智能质量管控的解决方案。利用无线传输技术、数据采集技术、数据分析与处理技术、超标预警技术为信息化手段,实现了拌和站信息化管理平台、拌和站采集终端、智能化搅拌控制、混凝土和易性监测等模块。该系统能够对混凝土生产过程进行监控和质量监督,有效提高了混凝土原材料配合比精度,降低了原材料超标概率。

This paper proposes an intelligent solution to the problems raised in the railway site mixing plant production process.The problems involve multi-site long distance unified manage-ment and safety control.Intelligent railway site concrete mixing plant control and management system applies state-of-the-art informatization techniques such as wireless communication,data acquisition,data processing and non-conformity alerting.By combining a mixing plant manage-ment platform,a mixing plant data acquisition module,an intelligent mixing control module and concrete mixing workability monitoring module,the system can be used to monitor the quality of the concrete mixing plant process,improve the accuracy of the mixing proportion and to decrease the non-conformity product ratio.
