Recognition and determination of metro dispatchers' non-technical skills based on PCA-AHP
摘要
Abstract
Firstly,metro dispatchers'non-technical skills (NTS)questionnaire was designed and conducted in this paper.Secondly,the components of metro dispatchers'NTS were refined using principal component analysis (PCA).Finally,the weights of each index were determined and ranked based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The results show that the main factors affect-ing metro dispatchers'NTS are decision-making ability,situational awareness and cooperative a-bility,which agrees well with the results of behavioral event interview.关键词
