基于代理模型的汽车乘员约束系统性能优化
Performance improvement of occupant restraint system based on surrogate model
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of multi-parameter and nonlinearity in the optimal design of occupant re-straint system,a method of parameters optimal design based on radial basis function is proposed.A sim-ulation model of occupant restraint system for frontal impact is built by means of the occupant inj ury a-nalysis software LS-DYNA and the verification of the model is carried out.On the basis of the model, the design parameters which are more important to response are chosen as optimization variables.Addi-tionally,radial basis function agent model is constructed in software LS-OPT.Space filling method is used for experimental design,and adaptive simulated annealing algorithm is used to realize optimal de-sign.The results of optimal design indicate that the value of human inj ury WIC (Weighted Inj ury Criteri-on)is reduced by 28.2% in contradistinction to initial design values.The method realizes the optimum results for the design obj ect.关键词
