Analysis of stress intensity factor on heavy wagon's coupler knuckle
摘要
Abstract
The deterioration of service conditions and the existence of casting defects lead to a lot of cracks on heavy wagon's coupler knuckles.A coupler knuckle's finite element model with cracks was established according to the location and morphology of cracks in practical application.The stress intensity factors of crack fronts on the horizontal center line,along the horizontal center line and near the horizontal center line of pulling face were analyzed based on interaction integral method,and the affects of stress on stress intensity factors of cracks were studied.The results show that the stress intensity factors of crack fronts are related to crack location and crack shape ratio.Compared with crack size,the stress of pulling face has greater influence on the stress in-tensity factor.关键词
