摘要
Abstract
The delta singlet oxygen (1 O2 ) is a highly reactive messenger molecule generated in a number of physiological processes.1 O2 initiates oxidation around the double bond in defined reactions,with the major target being structural and functional proteins.Singlet oxygen typically activates and transfixes the CCK receptor in the active state, with differential modulation of other G protein-coupled receptors.Singlet oxygen mainly exerts inhibitory effects on the voltage-gated sodium (Nav )and potassium channels (Kv ),but activates TRPA1 and TRPV1 .1 O2 probably helps to propagate oxidatively-activated autoactive CaMKII.Photopharmacology based on the photodynamic generation of singlet oxygen has emerged to study the photodynamic modulation of cellular signaling and cellular physiology,besides the already established photodynamic therapy of cancer and other non-malignant lesions.关键词
