细胞骨架在植物细胞周期进程中的动态变化及其调控∗
Cytoskeleton dynamics and regulation during plant cell cycle
摘要
Abstract
Plant growth depends on normal cell cycle progression.The molecular mechanism of mitotic regulation is highly conserved in eukaryotic cells.Microtubule and microfilament cytoskeletons both show dynamic behavior,to form cell growth and division structural units,to regulate cell cycle progression.The cytoskeleton arrays for plant cell cycle progression have unique features and are some what different from animal cell.The dynamic variation of cytoskeleton is generated and maintained by cytoskeleton-associated proteins and by upstream signaling molecules.This paper reviews current knowledge in cytoskeleton dynamics, cytoskeleton-associated proteins,and their role in cytoskeletal array assembly in mitosis and cytokinesis in plant cells.Interactions between MT and AF during mitosis and cytokinesis are discussed.Some perspectives are given for the study of cytoskeleton in cell cycle in the future.关键词
