富血小板血浆一期应用治疗胫骨平台上端粉碎性骨折的临床研究
Clinical study on the effect of platelet rich plasma in the treatment of com-minuted fracture of tibial plateau
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of platelet rich plasma (PRP)in the treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods:55 cases of patients of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau were treated from Jan.2015 to Jun.2016 of our de-partment were randomly divided into PRP group and control group,including 29 cases in PRP group and 26 cases in control group.Pa-tients in control group were treated with conventional open reduction and plate screw or intramedullary nail fixation as well as allogeneic bone graft.Patients in PRP group were treated with PRP on this basis and study the fracture healing of the two groups after treatment. Results:The average time of fracture healing in group PRP was about(17.4 ±2.1)weeks and the control group was(23.5 ±3.7) weeks.The fracture healing time of PRP group was significantly shorter than the control group and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05).There were no complications such as nonunion,bone nonunion and autologous blood transfusion.Conclusion:The ap-plication of PRP in the treatment of comminuted fracture of the tibial plateau can accelerate the healing of fracture and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.关键词
