关节镜下两种手术方法治疗中年单纯ⅡC型上盂唇前后损伤的早期疗效对比
Comparison of early efficacy of two surgical treatments for middle-aged simplex type Ⅱ SLAP lesion under the arthroscopy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the early effect of simple labrum repair and tendon cut and fixed under arthroscopy in the treatment of simplex Ⅱ C type superior labrum from anterior to posterior (SLAP)lesion.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed 22 cases of middle-aged patients who were diagnosed under arthroscopy with simplex Ⅱ C type SLAP lesion,and all patients were unilateral le-sions.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into two groups:simple labrum repair group was the control group(n=11),tendon cut and fixed group was the Observation group(n =11).Observed and recorded the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA)scores and the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Scale (ASES)scores of the two groups of patients 6 and 12 months after surgery.Results:The UCLA function score and ASES score of the shoulder joint in the observation group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group at 6 and 12 months after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:For middle-aged simplex typeⅡC SLAP lesion,the tendon fixation group is better than simple labrum repair group for early recovery of shoulder function.关键词
