硬化剂“双针法”介入注射治疗儿童体表静脉畸形的临床治疗研究
Clinical treatment of percutaneous interventional injecting sclerosing agent by double needle to treat childhood superficial venous malformations
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical treatment of percutaneous interventional injecting sclerosing agent by double needle to treat childhood superficial venous malformations.Methods:Clinical data of 41 venous malformation cases were collect-ed.The volume of venous malformation was detected by ultrasound before treatment,and clinical efficacy and deformed venous contracti-ble volume was appraised 6 months after therapy session.Postoperative complications such as pulmonary embolism,skin ulcer,local swelling and fever were observed.Results:All patients received a complete therapy session,and were followed up after 6 months.The volume of venous malformation were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.01 ).No adverse effects and severe complications were observed.Conclusion:The way of percutaneous interventional injecting sclerosing agent by double needle to treat childhood super-ficial venous malformations was worth spreading with reliable efficacy,safety and less incident of adverse effects.关键词
