二极管激光治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的疗效评估
Clinical evaluation of effects of diode laser in treatment of chronic peri-odontitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical significance of diode laser in treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:58 cases who had chronic periodontitis were divided into both sides randomly,control sides were treated with periodontal flap surgery.The experi-mental sides were treated with periodontal flap surgery and diode laser.Effective rates of the teeth on dentin hypersensitivity were com-pared immediately,after 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months.The changes of periodontal clinical indicators were compared 6 months and 12 months after the treatment.Results:The effectiveness of the experimental sides is higher than control sides immediately with the lost effectiveness and better 1 month later,3months and 6 months with statistical significance(P<0.05).Both sides of the clinical indexes were improved significantly,and the experimental sides were better than control sides with no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Diode laser is an effective method to treat chronic periodontitis.关键词
