CEA、CA199、CA724及HSP60在胃癌患者血清中的表达及应用价值
Expression and application values of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 in patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression and application values of tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),car-bohydrate antigen19-9 (CA199),carbohydrate antigen7-24 (CA724)and heat shock protein60 (HSP60)in the serum of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assays were used to detect the lev-els of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 in gastric cancer group and normal control group,so as to analyze their relationships with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages of gastric cancer as well as the positive rates of single and combined detection of above four indexes.Results:The expression levels of CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were markedly higher in gastric cancer group than those in control group,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).The positive rates of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were in close association with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages of gastric cancer (P<0.05).The positive rate of the combined detec-tion of above fours indexes was 74.36%,evidently higher than that of single detection (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The levels of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were closely associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and the combined de-tection of the level changes of above four indexes is of great significance in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the evaluation of disease changes.关键词
