Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer.Methods:60 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group (open surgery)and observation group (combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy),each group has 30 cases,com-pare the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:The complication rate in the observation group was 10%,the total score of quality of life was (88.78 ±1.42);in the control group,the incidence of complications was 23.3%,the total score of quality of life was (75.68 ± 1.55),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative hemorrhage,lymph nodes,hospital time of two groups, each index value of the observation group is better and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of combined laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal cancer is reliable and safe,and it can be used as a pre-ferred plan.关键词
