Abstract
Objective:To observe the expression of micro-RNA-155 (miRNA-155)in tissues of hepatocellular cancer (HCC) and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods:Quantitative real-time reverse transcription poly-merase chain reaction (PCR)was used to detect the expression of miRNA-155 in the cancerous tissues and para-cancerous tissues of 77 patients with HCC,and the difference of miRNA-155 expression in HCC patients with different pathological characteristics was ana-lyzed.Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the correlation between miRNA-155 and patients’prognosis.Results:miRNA-155 expression was evidently higher in cancerous tissues than that in para-cancerous tissues of HCC(P<0.01).High expression of miRNA-155 was in close association with TMN staging (P<0.05)and microvascular invasion (P<0.05)in patients with HCC.Kap-lan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that the average survival time was (16.07 ±1.52)months in HCC patients with high expres-sion of miRNA-155 and (28.25 ±1.38)months in those with low expression of miRNA-155,and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:MiRNA-155 over-expresses in patients with HCC and it has certain relationship with patients’prognosis.关键词
