Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of fast track surgery (FTS)on postoperative complication and mental status of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods:A total of 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care, and the observation group was given FTS-based interventions. The blood loss, wound healing time, length of stay, hospitalization cost, degree of pain and incidence of postoperative complication, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)on admission and preoperative and self-rating depression scale (SDS)score were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group had less blood loss, lower VAS score of postoperative pain, shorter time in wound healing time and length of stay, and less hospitalization cost compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The incidence of edema of anal edge and urinary retention in the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 ).The SDS and SAS were lower before operation compared with those at admission (P<0.01),and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The application of FTS can reduce the risk of postoperative complication and improve the analgesic effect in the patients of mixed hemorrhoid, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients af-ter surgery.关键词
