Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of high-quality nursing on psychological status,self-care capacity and quality of life (QOL)in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 73 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis were ran-domly divided into experiment group (n=36)and control group (n=37).Both groups were given various treatment following doctors’ advice,on which basis control group was added with routine nursing and experiment group with high-quality nursing.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS),exerciseofself-care agencyscale(ESCA)and short form 36 health survey(SF-36) scores were observed before and after nursing interventions in both groups.Results:After interventions,experiment group was notably lower in SAS and SDS scores,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 ).The experiment group was prominently higher in total ESCA score and scores of each dimension than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 ).As to QOL score,except physical health and body pain,experiment group was evidently higher than control group in the scores of physical function, total health,vitality,social function,emotional capacity and psychological health,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:High-quality nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression,increase self-care capacity and QOL of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,deserving to be referred in clinic.关键词
