Research on Problems of Fund-raising Based Urban Home Care Services and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
With the severe situation of the aging trend of the aged population in our country, the pressure of family and social care serv-ices increases day by day. According to the current population structure of society and families, urban home care services bear an in-creasingly heavy pension liability, but fund-raising problems restrict the sustainable development of urban home care services. From the perspective of public goods properties, this paper analyzes the situation and problems in fund-raising of urban home care services, pro-poses corresponding measures from the governmental level and the social level by learning from the experiences of developed countries.关键词
