民营餐饮企业员工薪酬满意度研究
Research on Employees’ Salary Satisfaction Degree of Private Catering Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
According to the existed research, salary satisfaction degree is divided into six dimensions such as salary level, salary struc-ture, salary form, salary system, salary promotion and welfare. Based on summing up the survey data and statistical analysis, this pa-per expounds the situation of the salary satisfaction degree of employees in private catering enterprises in China and puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening external competition and internal fairness to realize the balance between internal remuneration and ex-ternal remuneration, as well as the diversified approaches of salary promotion and humanized welfare giving.关键词
