培智学校包班制教学的利弊分析与对策研究
Research on Advantages and Disadvantages of the Mode of Responsibility System of Teaching in Schools for Students with Intellectual Disability and the Countermeasures

Abstract
The mode of responsibility system of teaching is a kind of teaching organization form, which is widely used in many foreign countries and regions. According to the situation of theoretical and practical researches on this mode, this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, considering that it plays a positive role in the individualized teaching, curriculum reform, teacher development, parents-school cooperation and so on, however, there are disadvantages in some aspects such as the teachers′ attitude, the teachers′assessment on students and the guarantee of educational departments. On this basis, the countermeasures are presented, including the strengthening of training teachers capable of teaching all subjects;the attention by the government and the increase of input;the inte-gration of disciplines teaching and cooperative teaching.关键词
