摘要

Abstract

Based on the principle of the gas spectral absorption,this paper introduces a new method for the detection of H2 S( hydrogen sulfide) gas. The harmonic detection technique and the double optical path difference method are combined in this method. The double optical path difference method is adopted to improve the TDLAS ( Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy ) gas detection technology and eliminate the fundamental component. By locking the amplifier to reduce the measurement error in the weak signal detection system,the method can improve the detection ability for the second harmonics. This paper designs a system structure for H2 S sensor and establishes a mathematical model to simulate this system. The results show that the new method has a good effect in the low concentration H2 S detection. The simulation results verify the feasibility and correctness of the method.
