摘要

Abstract

In the producing process of absorbable suture,in order to solve the problem of suture diameter and the tensile strength are uneven,constant tension control system of absorbable suture is designed. Detection device uses the three rollers tension sensor whose sensitive element is the resistance strain gauge;Control algorithm uses the PID algorithm;Execution device uses the variable frequency speed control three ̄phase motor. Experiments show that the constant tension control system can control the controlled tension error in less than ± 0. 1 N. The system has good real ̄time performance and high reliability. The suture made by the constant tension control system is completely in line with the standard of the United States Pharmacopoeia thirty ̄second edition of the collagen suture.
