考虑覆冰灾害的特高压电网差异化经济性评估
Differentiation Economic Assessment on UHV Power System Considering Icing Disaster
摘要
Abstract
The economical efficiency of ultra high voltage(UHV)power system is significantly affected by icing disas⁃ter. Considering that the transmission line is differently affected by icing,a differentiation economic assessment model is established. The model is based on life cycle cost(LCC)theory and differentiation theory. Moreover,from two aspects of cost and income,a differentiation life cycle cost economic assessment index system is provided. The economical effi⁃ciencies of differentiation program and conventional program are analyzed through contrast evaluation method ,which can provide theoretical basis for the planning and construction of UHV power system. At last,the effectiveness and ratio⁃nality of the proposed method is validated through case study.关键词
