消息触发的调度监控信息智能联盟实现技术
Implementation of Information Intelligent Coalition Based Message Triggering for Dispatching and Monitoring

Abstract
Aiming at the delay problem caused by real-time information batch processing in the dispatching and monitor⁃ing of distribution power network,a new method of message processing with active triggering is proposed based on infor⁃mation intelligent coalition. Compared with the communication cost of multi-agent information interaction,information intelligent coalition is established by using common information model and object-relation automation mapping technolo⁃gy. Using the skills in message event triggering and implementation of triggering interface,a real-time interaction of multi-agent coalition is realized. With a monitoring system in a 10 kV distribution power network as an example,mes⁃sage interaction and performance tests are conducted,which verifies the feasibility of message triggering method for ac⁃tive interaction. The performance test results show that compared with the 2 s polling method adopted by the traditional monitoring,the processing efficiency of information batch processing can be improved by using the active message trig⁃gering mechanism of intelligent coalition.关键词
