保护系统失效率计算新方法
A Novel Estimation Method for Failure Rate of Protection System
摘要
Abstract
Through combining statistics and state scoring strategy,this paper presents a calculation method for the fail⁃ure rate of protection system based on system information and operation information. First,with confidence limit and nonparametric kernel density estimation,the calculation model is established based on alarm information of protection system and component according to different types of data. Then,through the construction of state scoring method and failure rate transformation,operation failure rate of each component is obtained. The comprehensive failure rate of each component is further obtained by weighting statistical failure rate and operation failure rate,and the comprehensive fail⁃ure rate of protection system is finally calculated by summing the comprehensive failure rate of all components. Since the operation information can reflect the real-time change of system failure,the combination of statistical failure rate and operation rate enables a higher reliability,which overcomes the difficulty in reliability analysis with failure data of low reliability. An example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.关键词
