Abstract
A coordinated planning for electric vehicle charging stations and distribution network is proposed in this pa⁃per,in which the impact of charging behavior on planning is considered with the incentive of time-of-use charging price. Queuing theory is used to optimize the deployment of charging devices,and coordinated planning is realized by bi-level programming method:the upper-level model aims to maximize the comprehensive yearly social benefit to determine the capacities of charging stations,while the lower-level aims to minimize the total planning cost of distribution network to determine the locations of specific charging stations. Moreover,the bi-level optimization model is solved by genetic algo⁃rithm. A case study verifies the validity of the proposed method and solution algorithm. Simulation results show that the consideration of different charging behaviors in planning can lead to more reasonable deployment of resources ,which ef⁃fectively improves the economic benefit.关键词
