Abstract
Aiming atlack of index system reflectingreal reliability of power consumption, this paper putsforward concept of distribution network reliabilityforpower consumer and its assessment index system.Acomprehensive assessment method is proposed based on improved entropy method. Firstly, a reliability index system is established based on concept of distribution network reliability for powerconsumerand its evaluation requirement. 7 indexesfor consumer sidereflect consumer’sreliability level from continuity of power supply and availability of power, while 2 contrast indexes are designed to reflect reliability gap between supply side and consumption side. Secondly, considering reliability assessment requirements and index system characteristics, a comprehensive assessment method based on improved entropy method is established. After obtaining index weightswiththemethod, weight matrix is revised according to the principle thatlow-level index value should be punitively weighted, and then weighted sum is taken as comprehensive assessment value of distribution network. Finally, effectiveness of index system and comprehensive assessment method is verifiedwithan example.关键词
