过瘤胃胆碱对黔北麻羊瘤胃发酵及血浆生化指标的影响
Effects of Rumen-Protected Choline on Rumen Fermentation and Plasma Biochemical Indices of Qianbeima Goats

Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of rumen⁃protected choline ( RPC) on ru⁃men fermentation and plasma biochemical indices of Qianbeima goats. Six healthy goats were allocated to 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 1 goat per replicate using a cross⁃over design. Goats in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in test group were supplemented with 10 g/d RPC. The experiment lasted for 30 days including 2 phases with 15⁃day per phase. Rumen fluid and plasma were collected at the last day of each phase. Rumen fluid pH, ammonia nitrogen concentration, microbial protein yield, volatile fatty acid (acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid) concentrations and cellulase (microcrystalline cellulose, car⁃boxymethyl cellulose, cellobiase and xylanase) activities were determined; plasma concentrations of glucose, urea nitrogen, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride and creatinine were also determined. The results showed as follows:1) RPC had no effect on feeding speed, and had no significant effect on feed intake ( P>0.05);2) rumen fluid pH, ammonia nitrogen concentration, microbial protein yield, volatile fatty acid concentrations and 4 kinds of cellulase activities were not significantly affected by RPC supplementation ( P>0.05);3) there were no significant differences in plasma biochemical indices between control and test group ( P>0.05) . It is indicated from the above⁃mentioned results that 10 g/d RPC supplementation has no significant effects on feed intake, rumen fermentation parameters and plasma biochemical indices of Qianbeima goats.关键词
