摘要

Abstract

In this paper, a full-bridge CLL resonant converter with double resonant tanks is presented. The converter is consisted of double resonant tanks, sharing a transformer. This topology can achieve zero-voltage switching (ZVS)and zero-current switching(ZCS)for output rectifier from zero load to full load, and the switching loss of transistor switching is low. The reverse recovery losses of rectified diode is eliminated so that the higher efficiency is achieved. These make the converter particularly suitable in DC/DC module of distributed power supply system. To obtain the dc characteristic of the converter, the fundamental harmonic approximation(FHA)is adopted. and finally a prototype 200 W full-bridge CLL resonant converter with double resonant tanks is designed and built to verify the proposed design method.
