摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of Raman scattering light, a silicon avalanche photodiode is used to compose of multi-pixel doubling device as a photoelectric converter. To reduce noise during detecting,the detector has modules of reverse bias supply with low ripple voltage, temperature control and fast avalanche suppression module. Moreover,it owns a test module which is exclusively for the study of avalanche phenomenon,and the perfor-mance is optimized by adjusting circuit parameters. The results indicate that the detector has high detection sensi-tivity,rapid analysis speed,small size and low power consumption,suitable for using in Raman gas analysis system.
