Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on neurological deficit score.Methods 150 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated at our hospital from March,2012 to February,2016 were selected and divided into a minimally invasive drainage group and a conventional treatment group according to different surgical methods,75 for each group.The effects on neurological function were compared between these two groups.Results The neurological function was better after than before the treatment in the minimally invasive drainage group and was obviously better in the minimally invasive drainage group than in the conventional treatment group after the treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).One month after the operation,the efficacy was 78.7％ in the minimally invasive drainage group and 57.3％ in the conventional treatment group,with a statistical difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive drainage for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is effective and can promote the recovery of the patients neurological function and improve the patients' quality of life and prognosis,so it has a certain value of popularization and application.关键词
