Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cold stimulation on the levels of IL-18,IL-6,and TNF-α in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 148 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted into our hospital from April,2012 to April,2015 were divided into an observation group and a control group,74 for each group.The levels of IL-6,IL-18,and TNF-αt were detected and compared between these two groups.Results The levels ofIL-6,IL-18,and TNF-αwere (192.23±12.16) ng/L,(126.46±11.79) ng/L,and (223.48±13.22)pg/ml in the observation group and were (151.81±11.73)ng/L,(97.32±10.67)ng/L,and (181.13±12.87) pg/ml in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Cold stimulation can increase the levels of inflammatory factors and is the cause of acute myocardial infarction,so warm keeping measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction.关键词
